Description

This commit:
https://github.com/bsdperimeter/pfsense/commit/a87c88106ab366f046baf0f459c445a055eea5f9

changed from "scrub on" to "scrub in on", the latter at least with PPPoE is skipping mss-fix entirely. s/in// on the scrub line and it properly works. I think that "in" should be taken out, it's caused at least this regression and may have broken MSS clamping entirely. I'm not sure why that was changed though, so opening this for discussion.
