Description

If you use PRIQ, you cannot delete any queues, even ones that were created manually. The delete button does not appear.

Using CBQ or HFSC, queues can be deleted as expected.

I have tested this and can confirm it works properly (2.1-RC0 - Jul 1 15:22:23 EDT 2013). I created a new shaping rule set using the traffic_shaper_wizard.xml with PRIQ scheduler selected. I also created a child queue called qTest and was able to delete it. The Remove Shaper button is visible and works when clicked - removes all shaper entries.
