Description

FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE does appear to have support for UEFI installation images, however it appears as though pfSense still only has BIOS images. As a result it will not install on Hyper-V Gen2 VMs (or any other machine type that may require UEFI). I believe the missing UEFI boot support is the only thing holding pfSense back from working in a Gen2 HV machine at this point?

Will this be looked at eventually? I think GEN2 Hyper-V support would be a great thing, particularly for dynamic memory allocation. Currently this is the only machine on my server that requires a dedicated chunk of memory assigned to it.
