Description

harden-referral-path - hardcoded to no in unbound.inc ATM; any very good reason for this? (Yeah, I did read the manpage regarding load implications and not being RFC-standard behaviour)
harden-below-nxdomain - this should not cause any problems

Don't hard code harden-referral-path. It defaults to no, so no behavior change, and that setting is unlikely to ever become a default. This allows users to configure an override to enable this option if desired. part of Ticket #4399
