An implementation of this feature is present at https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=90753.msg510914#msg510914

By a quick look the proposed implementation is ok though to be tested.
pfSense already does EAP-Radius using the php script for authentication as before just the accounting part is the added value.
