Description

Remove the Reinstall GUI button from pkg_mgr_installed.php and the supporting code in pkg_mgr_install.php?mode=reinstallxml

From my understanding this is no longer necessary as the GUI parts are within the pkg file now. There may be other bits of code to remove that I am not aware of.
