This redmine was rejected: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/5681#change-23555

So the issue with the panel header text size is not just related to pkg_edit.php, it also needs to be fixed for other html/php file, as the text size is too large compared to other pages.

It was rejected because Hn tags are not supported in that way. They are not supposed to work. On the other hand this one seems to be a valid issue. The panel titles generated from XML should not be larger than on other pages.

Panel titles in straight html/php also have this issue :) Maybe because its in a subfolder of wwwroot? (See pfBNG Alerts, Update and Log Tabs)

I've checked a number of pages both visually and with "Inspect element" and I don't see a difference with my my browser.

I see class="panel-title" and H2 tags resulting in a 20 pt font on all panel titles on all pages.

In my opinion these panel-titles should use the same size that is utilized in the Widget titles. The size is proportional to the other text sizes on the page.

OK - That's a matter of style I guess. I think they are a little large currently. I'll as @JDillard what he thinks about reducing that font size to 16 or so.

Panel headers have been restyled to appear a little less bold
