diag_states_summary is not intuitive as each table has two columns
with same "# States" header.
first is for $ipinfo['seen'];
and second is for $protoinfo['seen'];
Maybe have the header say "Protocol counts" over the last three fields
or add a documentation line at top (or bottom) to explain that.
