Description

This issue has been fixed for GIF/GRE tunnels some time ago but wasn't fixed other kind of interfaces.

Once, I had 15 ovpn clients that is 30 (!) entries in OpenVPN widget on the dashboard and a half of them were IPv6 gates with "pending" status!

Please, fix it. Do not create IPv6 gates for ifaces without IPv6 address and vice versa: do not create IPv4 gates for ifaces without IPv4 address.

Confirmed that affects OpenVPN clients that get assigned interfaces. I am running latest snap 2.4.0.b.20170203.2002.
