Description

Relevant forum thread: https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=113667.0; the method used for Squid 3.3 does no longer exist in Squid 3.5.

1/ This should use basic_msnt_multi_domain_auth instead of basic_msnt_auth: http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.5/manuals/basic_msnt_multi_domain_auth.html
2/ Missing bunch of perl dependencies, notably this requires Authen::SMB as noted in the above-linked Squid docs.

Just removed this deprecated stuff in https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/pull/241. People should use LDAP for AD authentication.
