Description

vpn_openvpn_client.php has Related settings shortcut to
vpn_openvpn_server.php
but that is misleading and for normal pfSense use it is not
"Related".

As an example, the server's page doesn't have a related settings
shortcut pointing to clients (as it should not).

That's a quirk of how the shortcut system works. The "related settings" link is filled in to the "main" page for a section. So if you're looking at OpenVPN, for example, it links you to the page that you'd get if you clicked VPN > OpenVPN. Which in this case is the server configuration.

Doesn't seem to be worth whatever extra coding would be required to fix just for one exception on one page.
