Description

The wireless interface structure changed on FreeBSD 11 (#6770) but there is no upgrade code to convert 2.3.x and older configurations to the new format. Without upgrade code to handle the transition, on upgrade a firewall with wireless will stop at an interface assignment prompt.

Looks like the interface mismatch test comes before the upgrade code, complicating this further.
