That server has DNS records but isn't responding. It's possible the URL for those tools changed, but also their HTTPS certificate has expired, so maybe they're just having a lapse in their maintenance at the moment. It could easily start working again before long.</p>
<p>The GUI already notes that it's a potentially unreliable external service.
