Description

Hi,

I've seen these in all of my pfsense devices.
Allowed Mac address changes in bandwidth doesn't apply.
Tried restarting the captive service portal but didn't work.
Need to restart the router to apply changes.
Don't know if it's the same with voucher bandwidth limit changes.

no such issue on 2.4.5 or 2.5

after changing the bandwidth, pipe successfully recreated with the new values
