Description
Rewrite the crash reporter so users can download files locally rather than upload to a server, and then if needed they can submit the files privately to developers on an as-needed basis.
Implemented in c8975d3a47f1e4aca62f6b0be80658094666ccbd, 901916d4d342c99449609b8da7de56048c492074, and 15f5dea7235b688859802ceb731ae45a7b5c536a but did not have a Redmine entry
