Description

Currently, IPsec VTI interfaces have no special handling for MTU. It is possible to nudge it manually after the system boots, but the settings are not retained/applied at boot time.

Verified MTU settings are stored and applied properly. Loogs good.

I applied this patch to my 2.4.4 machines. They have been running for a while without issue. When I change the MTU it gets applied, it survives across reboot.
