Description
Take a simple LAN/WAN setup, WAN set as a DHCP client. Boot the system with WAN's NIC unplugged. Then plug the NIC in. dhclient is never kicked off.
This definitely used to work in 2.2 (and works in all stable releases) though I'm not sure when exactly. JimP and I both thought it was a recent regression. Tried an Oct 7 snapshot and the same happens there so it's not more recent than that at least.
