There is already request for that feature [[https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/4044]].
But I think is better to extend scope of this request to generic UEFI boot. There are plenty of new boards, which are UEFI capable.
Yes many of them have fallback option to emulate BIOS, but it is only source of problems, because of addional layer during boot.
BSD is UEFI capable, so that should not be hard to add these files to pfSense image too.
