You can no longer kill individual states from Diagnostics > States, clicking the 'x' results in a simple alert box that says "An error occurred", and the states remain.

Only use escapeshellarg when passing the arguments to the shell. Fixes #1005

I just tested this on two 2.0 firewalls of the Sat Nov 13 21:38:35 EST 2010 build and it worked as expected. No errors and it killed the states.

Works ok for me on 2.0-BETA4 (i386) built on Sun Nov 14 03:54:29 EST 2010.
