Description

Presently, at services_checkip_edit.php, there is a help button (circle with question mark inside of it) that links to the public, community maintained documentation. However, the pfSense Book documentation is more informative and also publicly available.

Link currently points to: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/dns/ip-address-check-services.html

Link should point to: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/book/services/dynamic-dns-chceckip.html (once it is created, see #10007)

For example, the pfSense book includes information that the current link does not.
