I have my squid proxy disabled:

I can stop it from services. I can't reboot this router to test right now.

lightsquid package version has not been updated in a while
Lightsquid www 3.0.6_4 LightSquid is a high performance web proxy reporting tool. Includes proxy realtime statistics (SQStat). Requires Squid package.

Reporting bugs against outdated versions is not allowed, either.
