private internet access vpn

Description
when using private internet access vpn provider, configured through open vpn, if the wan interface goes down so does the vpn interface. but when the wan interface goes back up the vpn interface stays down preventing internet access. the vpn interface should come "up" automatically so when service is restored from the isp on the wan port, the vpn interface is restored as well as all traffic is forced through the vpn interface
