Description
Created a custom firewall rule in interface to route traffic to an external gateway.
The rule is applied and correctly triggered (and logged) but the gateway is ignored.

Not nearly enough information here, and it's not reproducible. Almost certainly something in your config/environment (e.g. gateway is marked down). Keep the discussion on the forum.
