Clean Install 2.5.0 fails due to hardware incompability

Description
System freezes soon after boot. Known problem without any known workarounds, like kern.vty=sc or changing bios UEFI/Legacy.
Hardware incompability? All new HP computers affected?

Probably not much to do if it's specific to certain hardware like that except trying a BIOS update and changing boot options. Maybe try to boot a plain FreeBSD image on it, see what happens. If FreeBSD won't boot either, then maybe put in a bug report there. If FreeBSD boots, then it could be something specific in the kernel on pfSense, but those cases are much more rare.
