Adding bpytop (former Bashtop) for local monitoring of pfSense-based firewall state: hardware parameters, links state, FreeBSD resources stack, etc.

This is highly unlikely to be added by Netgate staff -- someone in the community will need to create the package and submit it for review.

If there is ever any update, it would be in the notes here.
