openSmokeping as a default latency measurement tool

Dear pfSense DevTeam!
Please add Smokeping for monitoring WAN and LAN links state.
The main advantages:
- very flexible system of a measurements (due a lot of probes https://oss.oetiker.ch/smokeping/probe/index.en.html)
- trusty software, stable quality code;
- already tested on a millions of installations;

For networks admins and engineers trace route and pings are still one of base&useful measurement tool within decades.
Mainly as networks admins and engineers we not need something more that understanding two main things if thinking about the source of problem that need to resolve:
a) what happened on our hardware (physical state, loading of software components, network loading on separate components (i.e. LAN, WAN, ...)
b) what happened outside (uplinks state, lathency, speed, ...)
And due COVID-19 when many business come to online - the importance of right measurement tools growing fast:
