Network traffic stops with latest RC build.

Description
After updating to the RC build 21.02.2.r.20210324.0300 network traffic ceased. No NAT traffic was passing, each interface was up and traffic monitoring showed traffic attempts.
There was no sign within the GUI that any issues existed, no system logs, no firewall logs. Traffic from the firewall to the internet was fine, traffic from the internal networks to the firewall was fine.
To resolve the issue, I restored the preinstall backup. Even though the same install is in place, the NAT'ing started working again. I was unable to determine the exact cause of the issue.

Unable to reproduce and not enough information to determine if there is a bug, or anything which can be done.
If you can determine a means to reliably reproduce the condition, please post on the Netgate Forum to discuss and diagnose the issue further.
