Dual WAN on 21.02-RELEASE-p1 Netgate SG7100 - Routing groups

Description
We have 2 netgate SG7100 in failover with a Dual WAN.
When we activate the WAN interface on the standby Netgate, we get packet loss on the primary Netgate with a CPU of 99% and a load average growing up over 10%
when we desactivate the WAN interface on the standby Netgate, the primary netgate recover the gateway.
Was working fine before upgrade to 21.02
On other place, we get 2 SG7100 in failover, without Dual WAN, all is working fine on firmware : 21.02-P1
