I found a strange problem, when testing squid's cache using https://www.internode.on.net/support/tools/speed_test/
The file downloads then is added to the cache, when you download the file again the download speed is slow (it is not redownloading it). However while the file is downloading from the cache if i change the Hard Disk Cache System the speed goes to max LAN speed(like it should). However once the file has completed and i download the file again the speed goes back to slow.
