Description

Hello,
We have an PFSensePLUS on AWS with 2 OVPN server: 1 TCP and 1 UDP. After the update to 21.02.2 we noticed that all of our OVPN TCP client started to experiment a random high litency on all VPN connections.
This BUG is shown only in TCP version. We have tried all of options (disabled compression, decrased MTU, removed HW Acceleration).

We have another machine on AWS with the 21.02.1 version and we don't notice this problem
