Description

Systems which pick up FreeRADIUS 3.0.22 (e.g. 2.5.2, 2.6.0 after latest ports merge) won't start because the package code adds a configuration for the leap type of EAP which has been removed upstream.

Code and references to leap must be removed from our package.

To me, I have a fix.
