That appears to be a problem with the upgrade on your specific system and not a general issue. It could also be from a disk or filesystem problem.
This site is not for support or diagnostic discussion.
For assistance in solving problems, please post on the Netgate Forum or the pfSense Subreddit .
See Reporting Issues with pfSense Software for more information.

I don't think it's a problem with "my system" it immediately started to appear after upgrade (I have a clean installation). So please reconsider.

Post on the forum to diagnose it. If it does turn out to be a more general issue, we can open a bug report with more accurate details.
But any time these specific types of errors have happened on upgrade in the past, it's been a specific local problem (disk, filesystem, something interrupted the upgrade, etc) and not a problem that affected multiple users identically.

Nothing happens "magically" and especially in software development ;)

Correct, which is why these tend to be isolated incidents due to other external factors like hardware or corrupt filesystems and not from bugs. Not magic, just not general issues which can be protected against 100% of the time.

I just performed the upgrade from 2.5.1 to 2.5.2 and have the exact same error message, so maybe this is not an isolated issue. OP if you posted on the forums, could you provide the link please.
