fatal error: can't find local.zeek
Apparently this file is not present under /usr/local/share/zeek/site (the local.zeek.sample file is present). There are also some configuration points in the file that need to be set as well, such as the digest salt and uncommenting various includes.

I've tested on 22.05 pfsense release and Zeek (3.0.6_3) is started with out any issue. The file local.zeek is presented.
