Update node_exporter to 1.3.1

Description
Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask. I wasn't sure if pfSense published package updates separate from their base OS update release cycle (e.g., FreeBSD 12 vs 13).
I'm requesting that node_exporter be updated to 1.3.1 (it is currently 1.2.2).

Not sure how to close this, but this appears to be updated to 1.6.1 as-of pfSense CE 2.7.1.
