That isn't invalid syntax. It's OK to have a trailing comma on an array entry, and in some cases encouraged as it makes it harder to accidentally introduce an error in the future when adding more entries.
If it's something else on that line, I'm not seeing it, and nor is a PHP lint or other syntax check.
