when disable / enable gre interface, flap all other interface.

There are very few details here and I don't see anything unexpected in that log, it's restarting things that use the interface you disabled as a parent, and some others that it restarts on each WAN event.

Post on the forum for more assistance to discuss what is happening on there in more detail, but at least given what I'm seeing and the lack of detail here, there doesn't seem to be anything actionable.
