Version info displayed in dashboard seems incorrect

Description

Last night upgraded from 23.05.1 to 23.09.r.20231027.0151

On the main dashboard the version is still displayed as "23.05.1-RELEASE (arm64)" and also shows that "Version 23.09.r.20231027.0151 is available."

Yet when you go to System / Update, it shows that Current Base System and Latest Base System are both 23.09.r.20231027.0151 and the status is "Up to date"

Something likely happened on your system and one or more underlying packages didn't get fully updated so it's having issues properly determining the version you have. Probably best to handle this on the forum (or TAC if this is a Netgate appliance)
