Description

Good morning,

Discovering a BUG in IPSEC version 23.09.1 ​​​​​​​​​​and 23.09 in both AWS and AZURE in summer PLUS, when deleting phase 1 of any VPN, PHASE 2 of other VPNs disappear in the GUI, and some stop to have communication, I have to redo phase 2 to get communication back, I'm sending a video to report the BUG with the simulation.
