Description
If a user hits an error in the setup wizard in most cases it dumps the error to the screen and tells the user to go back and fix it. Sometimes it's in the proper UI, other times it's a blank white screen. This should be fixed so it prints the error nicely and redisplays the proper form.
To me, I've already started this.

Errors are all nicely displayed and the user has the opportunity to correct them. No more blank pages with error messages or being forced to manually go back.
