Description
Interface Assignments - interfaces_assign.php¶
With reference to the rejected Feature #15645, the reason describes a setting in "General Setup" called "Interfaces Sort". It sorts interfaces alphanumerically, otherwise they are listed by wan,lan,optn....
Current: When the "Interfaces Sort" setting is activated, interfaces are sorted & displayed alphabetically e.g. on the "Interfaces" menu dropdown, but not the actual list of interfaces seen on the "Interface Assignments" page itself.
The setting is ignored there, and always display the list according to wan,lan,optn....
Expected: The list of interfaces should adhere to the setting and sort the interfaces accordingly.
Workaround: None.
