Description
We have several PFSense clusters in different countries. Sometimes it is hard to identify correct one in browser's opened tab. We use different color schema to identify primary and backup nodes. We have added picture widget on a dashboard. But this don't help us to identify router going thru settings

There's always the option to change the hostname of the appliance and make pfSense show that hostname on the login page.
Under System - General Setup - WebConfigurator. You can find the option "Login Hostname".
Then just change the hostname to whatever country you want. Example: USAFW01, CAFW01 and you don't even have to log in to see it.

This is not about login screen. E.g. here is two firewalls opened how I can tell where is Moldova and where is Latvia?
You can also find the option "Hostname on Menu" on the same Setup Page.
This will add the Hostname to the GUI, besides the Diagnostics drop down. Or under it, if you're on Mobile/Compressed view.
Thanks!
But this is not what I looking for. Here you go another cool advice "you can look at address bar"
I don't know how about you, but for me and my colleagues much useful to see small icon instead 20-25 symbols long string where just 2 of them are different.
In fairness how is what you are asking for handled any other way in other security appliances?
I can pick Palos and ASAs as examples of not supporting what your asking.
