pfSense

On "Services: Captive portal: Vouchers" page there is an interval for saving vouchers into config with default of 5 minutes. The description text says:

"The list of active and used vouchers can be stored in the system's configuration file once every x minutes to survive power outages. No save is done if no new vouchers have been activated. Enter 0 to never write runtime state to XML config."

I kept the original 5 mins but the config file apparently gets saved every 5 minutes no matter whether a new voucher has been activated or not.

The config history (Diagnostics: Configuration History) is therefore useless as I have 30 config backups during recent three hours which are all the same.
Also the system log gets flooded with "check_reload_status: syncing firewall" reports and becomes useless as well.
