Description

When enabling the L2TP server in the VPN -> L2TP -> Configuration section after pressing save, navigating back to the page "Enable L2TP server" resets to unchecked.

Additionally, rechecking the box does not result in the active settings being displayed.

In other words, unlike other configuration pages the L2TP configuration page is not displaying the active configuration and is instead acting more like a "wizard" that requires reconfiguring every L2TP option for any changes to the L2TP server.
