Review the FreeRADIUS package and identify fields which could support input validation and do not already perform validation.
Given the nature of the package this cannot be added for every field, since some are free-form and allow the user to paste in FreeRADIUS directives which the package code would have no way to validate or filter.
This should focus primarily on things which could break FreeRADIUS (See #13842) or which could possibly allow more FreeRADIUS configuration directives than were maybe intended by the package maintainers (e.g. EAP CA subject).
