Description

Zabbix Agent 6.4 and up support values 1-86400 (default 5) for the RefreshActiveChecks parameter.
Zabbix Agent 6.0 and below only supports 60-3600 (default 120).
Being able to set lower values is necessary for being able to properly execute script actions using Zabbix.

The validation for RefreshActiveChecks on the Zabbix Agent 7 config page zabbix-agent.inc needs to be updated to accommodate these new values.
