acme.sh recently implemented CA profiles

Let's Encrypt, and potentially other CAs, offer profiles with different certificate properties, such as shorter lifetimes or experimental options

The ACME certificate configuration should offer the user a choice of profiles in some way, such as a text entry field.

It is possible to retrieve the list of profiles dynamically from the CA, but doing that on each page load would be slow/inefficient. While it's possible to validate the values in this way, it may not be practical.
