Description
After creating new interface (opt2) with a static IPV4 address the interface does not show up under DHCP server to configure settings.

Most likely you didn't use an appropriate subnet mask for the IP address of the interface, but there isn't enough information here to say for sure. This site is not for support or diagnostic discussion.
