Description

If you edit an inside interface that is configured to track an upstream WAN for it's IPv6 Prefix Delegation, the delegation and DHCPv6 will break until you reboot the firewall if you change and apply anything on said interface.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Ensure an interface has an IPv6 PD from your ISP properly assigned
2. Edit, save, and apply on the interface
3. Check Status --> Interfaces or ifconfig. The interface will no longer have the prefix assigned to it and only have link-local

Release and renew on WAN or down/up'ing the WAN or inside interface will not fix it. A full reboot is required.

This has been an issue for a while, but marking Affected Plus Version as 26.03, as this is still observed on this release.
