Description

As a Kea DHCP HA administrator, I want to see HA status (pair health and which node is active) directly on my main dashboard alongside other server metrics, so I can quickly assess system health without navigating through multiple interface layers. Ideally, peer treatment with CARP.

Seems best to have this in its own widget that only shows DHCP and DHCPv6 HA status, not tied to anything else.
