Not sure if this is a bug or feature request, but putting Feature for now.

In 26.03.1-RELEASE I found that I can create duplicate usernames. By accident I made a second 'john', with different OTP secret and PIN.
Solving it was easy enough by removing one of them. It would be nice if the GUI did some more input-validation when creating a new user, this is behaviour which should not be possible.
